Graveside Services For Former Thor Woman

Mrs. Josephine E. Olson Groth, formerly of Thor, died Sunday in Minneapolis at the age of 91. Funeral services were held Tuesday in Minneapolis, Maynard Iverson, pastor, followed by graveside services at Rose Hill Cemetery, Eagle Grove Wednesday at 1:30, conducted by Pastor Kenneth Torvik.

She married Sever K. Groth at Thor and they farmed In Humboldt County, later moving to Thor where her husband operated a lumber company until he died in 1917. Also preceding her in death were a son Herman and a daughter Etta.

Surviving her are a son, Clarence A. of New Richmond, Wis., and a daughter Florence, Mrs. Lloyd Hostetler of Minneapolis, with whom she made her home for many years.

Also surviving are 8 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
