Roy E. Griffith Rites Wednesday
Roy E. Griffith, 77, died Sunday morning in Veterans hospital, Des Moines, after a long illness.

He is survived by his wife, two daughters Mrs. Joe Gangstead of Webster City, Mrs, Ernie Caruth of Stratford, and one son Wayne of New Underwood, S.D. Other survivors include ten grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and three brothers. Pat and Cec Griffith of Eagle Grove, and L. C. Griffith of Goldfield.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Sacquety Chapel in charge of Rev. Henry R. Mohn, pastor of the Full Gospel Assembly. Interment was in Glenwood cemetery in Goldfield, where military rites were given by Clarence Shurtz Post, of the American Legion.
