J. H. McCutcheon Funeral Saturday Methodist Church

Funeral services for John Hugh McCutcheon, 75, were held Saturday afternoon in the Methodist church. Rev. T. M. Walton officiated in the absence of the pastor Rev. B. R. Price and burial was in Glenwood Cemetery.

Mr. McCutcheon died last Wednesday night, Aug 1, in Lutheran hospital, Ft. Dodge where he had been a patient for 2½ weeks.

He is survived by his wife, two sisters, Mrs. Everett McCutcheon of Des Moines, Mrs. A. C. Forbes of Clarion, three brothers, W. D. McCutcheon, George McCutcheon of Goldfield and Arthur McCutcheon of Traer.

Mr. McCutcheon was born on a farm near Goldfield Dec. 29, 1886 and had lived in and around this community all of his lifetime.
