September 7, 1846 --- December 5, 1894

Mrs. Nellie A. Parmeter, wife of W. V. Parmeter, died at 2:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon after an illness of fifteen years duration. Her death was not unexpected and was due to consumption. She leaves a husband and one son, Ray. The funeral will be held from the residence. 521 West Gordon street, Friday morning. The interment will be in Silver Lake cemetery. Mrs. Parmeter was born September 7, 1846 in Rensselaer County, New York. She afterwards moved to Illinois and from there to Silver Lake with her husband in 1870. Five years ago they moved to this city.
