Andrew E. Johnson was born February 17, 1995 [in Clarion, Iowa], to Daniel E. and DeAnne K. [Nichols] Johnson. Andrew E. Johnson, 17 months, died Saturday, July 20, 1996, at the junction of 300th Street and Keokuk Avenue from injuries resulting from a car accident.

Survivors include his two sisters, Amber, age 6, and Alicia, age 5; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Ken (Gloria) Kisor, Woolstock; maternal grandmother, Susan Nichols, Eagle Grove; great grandmother, Theresa Nichols, Fort Dodge; great grandfather, Dean Nichols, Vincent; and a great-great grandmother, Gladys Nichols, Fort Dodge; and three aunts, Teresa Trusty, Goldfield, Tina Eittreim, Clarion, and Angela (Mrs. Scott) Spangler, Badger. He was preceded in death by a grandfather, David E. Johnson.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, July 23, 1996, at 10:30 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Eagle Grove with the Reverend Wayne Droessler and the Reverend Carlton Shaw officiating. Burial was in the St. Joseph Cemetery near Woolstock, Iowa. Willim Funeral Home of Eagle Grove was in charge of arrangements.
