DEATH OF LEWIS CHRISTENSEN

Lewis Christensen, 15 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Nels Christensen died at the home of his parents on North Montgomery street early Wednesday morning after an illness of about three months. Quick consumption was the cause of his death. He had been a patient sufferer and was cheerful and confident he would be able to throw off the ravages of the dread disease to the very last. The funeral will be held Friday afternoon at the United Lutheran church. This family has been called upon to mourn the death of three other children during the past ten months and the sincere sympathy of all in their recent affliction is extended them.

Lewis Christensen was born at Rutland, Iowa, January 17, 1900, and was confirmed March 28, 1915, and died April 7, 1915.

Mr. Ole Christenson came down from Buffalo Center, Iowa, last week Thursday to attend the funeral of his nephew Lewis Christenson and spend a few days visiting friends and relatives.
