MARJORIE NEIBERGALL
Marjorie Louise Clingman, daughter of Clarence and Laura (Miller) Clingman, was born November 16, 1918, in Fort Dodge. She graduated from high school in Spirit Lake, and attended Mankato Business School in Mankato, Minn. She was then employed as a secretary at the Mason City Brick and Tile Co., and International Harvester of
Mason City.

She married Lawrence Neibergall on June 4, 1941 in Mason City. The couple resided in Webster City, where Mrs. Neibergall was employed as bookkeeper and secretary for Webster Engraving for several years. The couple retired in 1972, and had resided in Ortonville, Minn., Weslaco, Texas, and Britton, S D. She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church in Britton. She was a former member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church of Webster City. While in Webster City, she was a member of PEO, the Hamilton County Hospital Grey Ladies, and was a Girl Scout leader for many years.

Marjorie Neibergall, 71, Britton, S.D., died Wednesday morning, September 5, 1990, at the Marshall County Hospital in Britton. She had been hospitalized for eight weeks. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Kenneth, in 1967; and one brother and one sister. She is survived by her husband, Lawrence; one daughter, Mrs. Jon (Nancy) Klima, Conifer, Colo.; two sons, John, Manhattan, Kan.; and Mick, Webster City; and six grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Saturday, September 8, at 1:30 p.m. at the Foster Funeral Home in Webster City with the Rev. James Duster officiating. Burial was in the Calvary Cemetery.

Funeral services for Marjorie Neibergall, 71, mother of John Neibergall, former publisher of the EAGLE GROVE EAGLE, were held Saturday in Webster City. Survivors include her husband, Lawrence; daughter, Nancy Klima of Colorado; sons John of Manhattan, Kansas; and Mick of Webster City; six grandchildren. John is currently a journalism instructor at Kansas State University at Lawrence, Kansas.
