Mrs. Ralph Ashpole, 52, died at her home in Clinton. Services were held at 2 p. m. Wednesday in the funeral home with Leo Huebner of the Jehovah's Witnesses officiating. Burial was in Clinton Memorial Park.

Bernice M. Fisher was born Aug. 11, 1909 in Eagle Grove, the daughter of Guy and May Stomm Fisher. She was married May 15, 1926 to Ralph H. Ashpole in Clarion and had lived in Chicago until nine years ago, moving to Clinton.

Surviving are her husband, two sons, Hobart M. and Lyle Guy, both of Chicago; one daughter Mrs. Edward (Dolores) Spangler of Eagle Grove; five grandchildren; three brothers, Frank Fisher of Clinton and Albert and Lyle Fisher, both of Des Moines; two sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Yoder of Woolstock and Mrs. Bessie Claussen of Chicago. She was preceded in death by her parents.
