JENNIE CHRISTENSEN —
Jennie Pauline Larson was born May 23, 1904, the daughter of Peter and Marie Damm Larson at Goldfield. The family moved to a farm near LuVerne when she was one year of age. She received her education in rural country school near LuVerne. They returned to Goldfield when she was 14. She was united in marriage to Harold Christensen of Eagle Grove, October 22, 1935, at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. The couple made their home in Eagle Grove. They operated and owned Christensen Produce Company for seven years until Mr. Christensen's death in 1980.

She entered the Rotary Ann Nursing Home in 1989. She was a member of the Baptist Church, Eagle Grove, and the Woodmen of the World Club.

Jennie Pauline Christensen died November 11, 1991, at the Rotary Ann Nursing Home, Eagle Grove. She was 87 years, five months, and 18 days of age. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; four brothers, Richard, John, William, and Clarence; and three sisters, Caroline Langhoff, Anna Mullin, and Laura Wille. She is survived by three sisters-in-law, all of Eagle Grove.

Funeral services were held November 14 at the First Baptist Church with the Rev. David Miller officiating at the 11 a.m. services. Burial was held in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Eagle Grove. Kastler-Babcock Services, Eagle Grove, was in charge of arrangements.
