August 2, 1899 --- February 26, 1935

Mrs. Roy Fisher, 35, died at her home east of Eagle Grove Tuesday evening. Complications following an attack of influenza was the cause. She is survived by her husband and five small children. Funeral services will be held at the Kubitschek & Kastler funeral home at 1:30 tomorrow afternoon.

Mary Blanche Martin was born in Vernon county, Wis., August 2, 1899, and died at her home two miles east of Eagle Grove, Tuesday, Feb. 26, 1935, at the age of 35 years, 4 months and 14 days. She was united in marriage to Roy Fisher, August 23, 1919. To this union were born five sons.

She is survived by her husband, five sons, Everett LeRoy, Paul Winfield, Gordon Russell, Berton Henry and Roy Jr., six brothers and one sister, Thomas, LeRoy, Lyman and John Martin all of Wisconsin, Corlis Martin of Arizona, Burt Martin of Eagle Grove, and Mrs. Howard McCallister of Wisconsin. She was a kind and loving wife and mother. She was a good neighbor and will be sadly missed in the community in which she lived.

Funeral services were held on Thursday afternoon from the Kubltschek & Kastler funeral home conducted by the Rev. J. G. Eaton. She was laid to rest in Rose Hill cemetery to await the coming of the Lord.

Those from a distance who attended the funeral of Mrs. Roy Fisher were Lyman Martin, Varocia Wise, Lloyd and John Martin of Readstown, Wis., Mr. and Mrs. Burton Martin of Dows, Jay Fisher of Mankato, Minn., Frank Tooley of Maple Hill.
