Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock occurred the death of Mrs. Mollie Crafton, wife of Lee Crafton. Mrs. Crafton had been sick since in the fall, about Thanksgiving with consumption. Every effort that human skill could devise, was put forth to help her, but no aid was possible. Mrs. Crafton was twenty-five years of age and leaves a husband and family. The Craftons came to Iowa from near Dalton City, Illinois, and have made their home on the Pillsbury farm since moving to this state. Mr. Crafton will have the sincere sympathy of many friends in his bereavement. The funeral was held at the Baptist church Sunday, at 1 o'clock in the afternoon.
