Funeral services for Mrs. Pauline Thebiay Davis will be held this Thursday afternoon at the Kubitschek & Kastler funeral home at 2 clock. The Rev. Albert S. Kllbourn will be in charge. Burial will take place in Rose. Hill cemetery.

Obituary

Mrs. Pauline Florence Davis was born the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Ernest Thebiay at Clarion, Iowa, May 31, 1906. She passed away at Iowa City, after a long illness, Feb. 1, her age being at the time of her death, 25 years, eight months and one day. In her childhood she lived at Le Mars , Iowa, until the death of her father on Jan. 21, 1919. Her family then removed to Eagle Grove. She was graduated from the Eagle Grove high school in 1924. In 1925, she became the wife of Neale E. Davis. To this marriage was born on March 1, 1928, one daughter, Patricia Ann.

Besides her daughter, she leaves to mourn her passing, her mother, Mrs. Leila May Hall, her step-father, Frank R. Hall, a brother, Clifford Ernest Thebiay of Venice, Calif., a brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Thomas Thebiay of Santa Monica, Calif, a sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Bilney of Clinton, Ia., and their daughter, Lavonne Margaret. There preceded her in death an infant brother, Oct. 31, 1916, and a sister, Shirley Jane Thebiay, Feb. 3, 1920. There are also several uncles and aunts and cousins to mourn her loss.
