Mrs. Thora Johnson Rites Monday

Mrs. Thora Johnson died Friday morning, Nov. 6th in the Clarion hospital following a short illness.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at one o’clock in the Samuel Lutheran church in charge of pastor Jordan Jacobson. Interment was in Rose Hill cemetery.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by three sons, John of Green Bay, Wis., Lawrence of Eagle Grove, and Thomas of Kincheloe Air Force Base, Mich. Mrs. Johnson was born in Skudeneshavn, Norway in 1886. She came to the United States in 1919 and had lived in this community since that time.

Olaf Lee and Tommy attended last rites for Mrs. Thora Johnson at Eagle Grove Monday afternoon. Mrs. Johnson was the grandmother of Tommy Lee.
