Mary Beulah Yanney was born October 1, 1898, at Heyworth, Ill., the daughter of Jacob and Eliza Martin Yanney. She was educated in a rural school and attended Renwick High School.

She was united in marriage to John Schipull of Renwick, February 11, 1920. The couple farmed in the Goldfield area until retiring and moving to Goldfield in 1950. Mr. Schipull died in 1965.

Mrs. Schipull made her home in Goldfield until 1986, when she moved to the Rotary Ann Retirement Home in Eagle Grove.

She was a member of the Goldfield United Methodist Church, UMW, a 50-year member of the Order of the Eastern Star, a 50-year member of the American Legion Auxiliary, and a member of the White Shrine and D.O.C.

Mary Schipull died at the Rotary Ann Retirement Home, Eagle Grove, the evening of January 15, 1992, at the age of 93 years, three months, and 14 days.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; infant daughter, Elizabeth; a brother, Moine Yanney; and two sisters, Laura Schipull and Alberta Schroeder.

She is survived by three sons, and their wives, Loren and Marjorie Schipull, Eagle Grove; Donald and Kristine Schipull, Goldfield; and Stanley and Donna Schipull, Renwick; nine grandchildren; 14 greatgrandchildren; three sisters, Edna Reig, Chicago, Ill.; Mrs. Clarence (Lavina) Iverson, Waterloo; and Mrs. Vernell (Wanda) Jacobson, Webster City.

Funeral services were held Saturday, January 18, at 1:30 p.m. in the United Methodist Church, Goldfield. The Rev. James Seibert officiated, and burial was in Glenwood Cemetery, Goldfield.

Kastler-Babcock Services, Eagle Grove, was in charge of arrangements.
