Hans Olson
6 April 1866 --- 3 July 1937

Hans Olson, formerly of this city, died Saturday, July 3rd, in Mason City after a short illness. He was well known to the older residents and was a brother of the late, Mrs. Henry Roseland of this city. He had lived in Mason City for the past 40 years and for 25 years had made his home at the Grant McGowan home where his death occurred.

Mr. Olson is survived by his sister, Mrs. Emily Mason, and niece, Mrs. George Gunderson of this city, two brothers, Andrew Olson of Seattle, Wash., and Lawrence Olson of Oslo, Norway, and two sisters in Norway, Mrs. Lena Peterson and Mrs. Karen Nordvik.

Funeral services were held in Mason City, Wednesday, July 7th, and interment was in Rose Hill cemetery.
