December 18, 1856 --- February 12, 1936

Mrs. Mary Haukole died at her home in this city at 1 a. m. Wednesday morning. She retired in apparent good health Tuesday night. Mrs. Blanche Scott, who had been staying with her for the past two days, was aroused shortly before 1 o'clock and found Mrs. Haukole suffering from a heart attack. She went to the phone to summon the doctor and when she returned life had already taken its departure.

One daughter, Mrs. Elling Weeks of Milwaukee survives, and one sister, Mrs. Augusta Sweet of Los Angeles.

Funeral services will be held at the Wilson funeral chapel Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock with the Rev. Albert S. Kilbourn in charge. The Eastern Star ritual service will also be held in the chapel. Burial will be in Rose Hill cemetery by the side of her husband who died about 15 years ago.
