Charles O. Edwards died at his home on South Iowa avenue on Saturday, December 13, at 6 p.m. Mr. Edwards had been failing in health for sometime.

Charlie was a long time resident of Eagle Grove. He was a carpenter by trade but his health of late years had prevented his working. His wife who survives him has been an invalid for the past few years.

The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon in the Kastler Funeral home at 1:30. The Reverend T. J. Severtson was in charge of the funeral. Mrs. H. G. Riley and Mrs. T. J. Severtson sang, accompanied by Mrs. M. G. Boe. Internment was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
