Services for Elvin E. Frye, 65, of 659 17th St., who died of a respiratory ailment Friday at Veterans Administration Medical Center in Iowa City, will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Foster Funeral Home in Webster City. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery in Webster City. Mr. Frye was born in Woolstock. He had worked at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Des Moines for 15 years until his retirement in 1981. Survivors include five daughters and four sons.
