Leonard G. Dorsett, 86, of Pana, Illinois died 5:05 p.m. Thursday (Aug. 20, 1981) in Pana Community Hospital. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at McCracken Funeral Home, Pana. Mr. Dorsett was born in Eagle Grove, Iowa, son of George and Anna Dorsett. He was a retired automobile mechanic and member of Pana Senior Citizens. He married Alice Vannice in 1921. Surviving are his wife; daughter. Nora Mae Fischer of Mesa, Ariz.; stepbrother, George B. of Barrington; stepsisters, Nellie Schumacher of East Dundee; Dora Vannice of Sheraton; Laura Patterson of Watertown, S.D. One son, one daughter, three brothers and one step-sister preceded him in death.
