March 6, 1893 --- August 29, 1893

Mr. and Mrs. Thos. Heddon are truly bereaved in the loss of their first and only child, Harold, a beautiful boy of seven months lacking six days. [of six months lacking seven days] The baby had always been considered in perfect health until yesterday when he was taken suddenly ill with cholera infantum and died last night. Mr. and Mrs. Heddon came here from Galt, Canada, last spring and have been living in the house with Mr. and Mrs. John Cowan since Miss Jennie's departure for Canada. Mr. Heddon is their nephew. The funeral will be held this afternoon at the house.
