2 June 1907 – 8 November 1966Former Swea Res. Dies In Hospital
Mrs. Edward (Helen) Everhard of Leland, Ia. entered into rest on Nov. 8, 1966, at the age of 59. She was at the Buffalo Center hospital at the time of death. She was educated in the schools in Illinois. Later she married Edward Everhard. Later they moved to the Swea City area where they farmed for a number of years. The couple left Swea City about 1958. Mrs. Everhard is preceded in death by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Otto Zinnel of Dakota City, Iowa. Mrs. Everhard is survived by her husband, Edward, 5 boys: Harvey, Raymond, both of Ft. Dodge; Leroy of Worthington, Minn., and Junior and Leo both at home. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren, 3 sisters and 4 brothers, namely Mrs. Joe (Elma) Mosbach of Duncombe, Ia., Mrs. Lewis (Hazel) Schwint, Dakota City; Mrs. Louis (Esther) Schafer of West Bend. Brothers are Walter Zinnel of West Bend, Henry Zinnel of Ottosen, Herbert Zinnel of Dakota City, and Harvey Zinnel of Ft. Dodge. Mrs. Everhard was the aunt of Mrs. Michael Davis of Swea City. Funeral services will be held Friday, Nov. 11 at 2 p.m. at Garner, Ia. and interment will be at Ida Grove, Ia. [Eagle Grove, Iowa].Swea City Herald -- Swea City, Iowa
