Mrs. Sophie Eaton Funeral Saturday

Funeral services will be at 2 o'clock Saturday at the Wilson Funeral Home for Mrs. Sophie V. Eaton, 83, who died April 8th at the Rotary Ann Home.

Rev. Arthur Anderson, pastor of the Baptist Church will officiate and burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Eaton is survived by one son LeRoy O. Eaton of Los Cruses, New Mex., who will be here for the services, one brother, John Vike, and four sisters, Mrs. Homer Middleton, Mrs. Jennie Larson of Vero Beach, Fla., Mrs. L. A. Solberg of Boone, and Mrs. Harry Cox of Turlock. Calif. She is also survived by two grandchildren.

Mrs. Eaton was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Vike, Sr. and was born in Jewell. Her husband, the late W. O. Eaton, was a son of the late Rev. and Mrs. Eaton of Eagle Grove.

Mrs. Eaton moved to Eagle Grove about a year ago to reside at the Rotary Ann Home. She was preceded in death by her husband, one daughter and three sisters.

She was a member of the Baptist Church.
