Ruth Shea funeral this morning
Funeral services for Miss Ruth Shea, 68, will be this (Saturday) morning in Sacred Heart Church at
10 o'clock. Rev. Norman White will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Miss Shea died Wednesday morning in Trinity Hospital, Fort Dodge, following a long illness. She had been a resident of the Rotary Ann Home since 1974. Daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Tom Shea, Miss Shea is survived by two brothers: Tom of Zephyr, Nev.; Leo of Los Angeles, Calif.; two sisters: Miss JoAnn Shea of Washington, D.C. and Mrs. Ralph Strohecker of Waterloo. Miss Shea had been employed in several Eagle Grove restaurants in years gone by, but her favorite work was baby sitting and she had taken care of many children in the community, and also their children in later years. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Veronica.
