July 1901 ---- August 3, 1902

Sunday evening about 7 o'clock the twelve months old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Knute Madson died at the home of its parents north of the round house. The little one was ill only about three days, and her death is a severe shock to the fond parents. The funeral services were held Tuesday morning at the Sacred Heart church and the remains laid to rest in the Gethsemane cemetery.
