Walter Wilson Buried Sunday
(By Rev. E. A. Anderson)

Walter Wilson was born in Toronto, Canada, Aug. 13, 1852, and passed to his eternal reward Sept. 27, 1928, at the age of 76 years, one month and 14 days. He had been in failing health for a number of years, but toward the last pneumonia developed which finally summoned him to the world beyond.

He moved with his parents to Belle Plaine, Iowa, at the age of three years where he spent the earlier part of his life. He came to Eagle Grove, Iowa, in 1892, and with the exception of a few years, spent in Minnesota, he has made this his home.

He leaves to mourn his loss: his wife, Mrs. Walter Wilson, Alden, Iowa, three daughters, Mrs. F. J. Baker, Cooperstown, N. D., Mrs. M. T. Miller, Decatur, Ill., Mrs. R. F. Bradford, Alden Iowa, one son Earl G. Wilson.

Funeral services were held at the Kubitschek & Kastler funeral home Sunday afternoon in charge of Rev. E. A. Anderson. Interment was made in Rose Hill cemetery.

Henry Whitsell, a cousin from Belle Plaine, was in attendance at the funeral.
