Patricia Edgerton, 85, of Iowa Falls, passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at Scenic Manor. Private family graveside inurnment was held at the Union Cemetery in Iowa Falls. Woodley Funeral Home, LLC of Iowa Falls is caring for Patty and her family.

Patricia Ellen Edgerton was born on July 20, 1930 in Belmond, Iowa to Richard and Hallie (Thomas) Parker. She graduated from Belmond High School. In 1960 she married Allen Edgerton in San Francisco, California. She was employed by Northwestern Bell for 24.5 years. Following that she provided in-home care for the elderly and disabled. Throughout the years Patty enjoyed dancing and gardening.

Patty is survived by a niece, Karla Weismann of Iowa Falls, Iowa and nephews, Jerry (Charlene) Weismann of Iowa Falls, Iowa, Terry Weismann of Marshalltown, Iowa and Tracy Weismann of Marshalltown, Iowa as well as other nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers: Bernie and Richard and two sisters: Marjorie and Dorothy.
