TWO FARMERS COMMIT SUICIDE

Charles Claude and Andrew Urban Take Own Lives by Hanging and Shooting.

Two Wright county farmers committed suicide the past week. Chas. Claude of Woolstock township hung himself by his suspenders from his bedpost Friday.

Andrew Urban shot himself Monday afternoon.

Mr. Claude had just held a public sale on his farm and was planning on moving to Webster City soon. Friday evening he was not feeling very well and went to bed refusing to eat any supper. When Mrs. Claude went to his room later to see if he might want something she found him hanging to the bedpost, dead. He was 67 years of age and is survived by eight children, two living at home. Several years ago he attempted suicide by taking paris green. He was a native of France.
