DEATH NOTICE

Notice has been received of the death of Marjorie Warland, 85, of Weatherford, Texas, formerly of Eagle Grove, who died at a nursing home on Monday, November 17, 1997.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. from the Rose Hill Cemetery in Eagle Grove. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Reverend Franz Schemmel will officiate the graveside service.

Willim Funeral Home, Eagle Grove, is in charge of arrangement.

MARJORIE N. WARLAND

Marjorie Nellie "Margie" Ulstad was born December 9, 1911, to Martin and Julia E. Larson Ulstad in Eagle Grove, Iowa. She was united in marriage to Newell Warland on May 30, 1937, in Eagle Grove. She was a homemaker and a member of the Lutheran Church. She had moved to Millsap, Texas, in 1993.

Marjorie Nellie Warland died Monday, November 17, 1997, at the Weatherford, Texas, nursing home at the age of 85.

Survivors include her daughter, Millie Cameron, and husband, Ed, of Millsap, Texas; 2 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; one sister, Ruth Johnson, Humboldt; three sisters-in-law, Marie Ulstad, Bryson, Minn., Claris Vik, Humboldt, and Sadie Gostovich, Ladysmith, Wis.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Newell, on January 23, 1993; and a granddaughter, Michelle Cameron in December of 1996.

Graveside services were held Thursday, November 20, 1997, at 2 p.m. at Rose Hill Cemetery in Eagle Grove.
