Mrs. B. F. Hall died Thursday at her home on South Jackson Ave., Eagle Grove. Mrs. Hall had been in failing health for the past three years, and her condition became critical early in January. She was the last member of her family of five children.

Funeral services were held at 9:30 Monday morning at Sacred Heart church, and burial was beside Mr. Hall in Calvary cemetery. The pall bearers were six grandsons: Franklin Hall, Charles Hall, Jerry Hall, Faye Denger, James Kennedy, and John Chambers. All members of the family were present for her funeral except Mrs. A. J. Schmitz of San Diego, Calif.

Mrs. Hall, the former Etta M. Cronin, was born at Coldwater, Iowa near Waverly, on Feb. 12, 1867. In the early eighties, the family moved to Grand Forks, N. D., where in 1888 she was married to Benjamin F. Hall. The family resided on a farm near Grand Forks until 1907 when they moved to Webster City. In 1914 the Hall family moved to a farm near Williams and later moved to a farm near Eagle Grove. For the past 15 years, Mrs. Hall has made her home in Eagle Grove.

Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her husband who died April 6, 1944. Surviving are 10 children: Miss Iva Hall, who made her home with her mother; Mrs. C. N. (Etta) Hadden and Roy B. Hall, both of Eagle Grove; Charles Hall of Merservey, Iowa; Mrs. A. J. (Frances) Smidt of San Diego, Calif ; Joe Hall of Waterloo; James Hall of Wheaton, Ill.; C. J. Hall of Detroit; Franklin Hall of Clarion, and Mrs. Nick (Margaret) Kennedy. Also surviving are 24 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
