MRS. VIVIAN KURTZ

Mrs. Vivian E. Kurtz, 70, of 1552 Twenty-eighth St., died of cancer Sunday at her home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Eyler Funeral Home in Clarion. Burial will be at the Evergreen Cemetery in Clarion.

Mrs.. Kurtz was a native of Clarion and lived in Des Moines 36 years. She attended Drake University and the University of Iowa.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Bob Beers of Des Moines, Mrs. Betty Southworth of Denver, Colo., and Mrs. Jerry Burris of La Jolla, Calif. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Services Held for
Mrs. Vivian Kurtz

Mrs. Vivian E. Kurtz, 70, Des Moines died Sunday at her home of cancer. Services were held Tuesday at 2 p. m. in The Eyler Funeral Home in Clarion. Pastor Gerald Eslinger officiated. Mrs. Joe
Campbell was the organist.

Pallbearers were Gene Nagle, Gene Henely, Howard Whitman, Paul Ramsay, Eldred Shupe and Donald Tice.

Vivian was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank McCoy of Clarion. She attended Drake University and the University of Iowa. After her schooling she left Clarion and went to live in Des Moines where she resided for 36 years.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Bob Beers of Des Moines, Mrs. Betty Southworth of Denver, Colo., and Mrs. Jerry Burris of LaJolla, Calif, and eight grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
