Services for MRS. JOHN (LENA) MELLGREN, 73, who died Wednesday at her home, 3442 Bryant Avenue S., will be held Saturday at Samuel Lutheran church, Eagle Grove, Iowa, with burial in Rose Hill cemetery there.

Mrs. Mellgren is survived by two sons, Oscar, Eagle Grove, and John R., Minneapolis; and eight daughters, Hazel and Josephine Mellgren, Minneapolis, Mrs. A. C. Hanson, Belmond, Iowa, Mrs. Robert Kastler and Mrs. Glen Barker, Clarion, Iowa, Mrs. Joseph Askvig, Cedar Falls, Iowa, Mrs. Wynn McCoy and Mrs. Jack Wells, Des Moines, Iowa, 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
