MRS. W. H. COOPER DEAD
Mrs W. H. Cooper died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ralph Fisher near Clarion, early Tuesday
morning. The funeral will be held at the Baptist church here today at 2 pm.

OBITUARY OF MRS. WM. COOPER
Louisa Jane, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Hall was born in Columbus, Ohio, on August 25th 1833 and died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ralph Fisher, near Clarion, Ia., on March 12th, 1918. Thus, had the deceased lived until next August, she would have been 86 years old.

Mr. and Mrs. Cooper were married at Cedar Rapids this state, in the year 1855. After residing in Tama County for a time they came to this vicinity where they have resided for the past 36 years, Mr. Cooper have preceded his wife to the other side a few months since Mrs. Cooper was the mother of eight children, seven of whom were girls. Of these, two daughters survive, Mrs. W. G. Erwin, of Kansas, who could not be present, and Mrs. Ralph Fisher in whose home the last few days were spent. Besides these relatives there are 16 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Those all mourn the loss of a dear relative, one who was a good woman, faithful in all that she new to be duty.

Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Hugh F. Moore, were held from the Baptist Church on Thursday afternoon, March 14th and interment was made at Rose Hill cemetery.
