Harvey Cleveland funeral Tuesday
Funeral services for Harvey Andrew Cleveland, 56, were held Tuesday afternoon in the Evangelical Lutheran Church with Pastor H. W. Schiller in charge. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery. Mr. Cleveland died June 5 in the Veteran's Hospital, San Francisco, Calif, after a long illness. He is survived by one brother and two sisters.

Harvey Andrew Cleveland was born October 16, 1918 at Kanawha, Ia., the son of Andrew and Hattie Stueland Cleveland. He received his education in the Kanawha School. He moved to California in 1936, and worked as a cleaner and presser in a dry cleaners. He was inducted into the Army October 17, 1941, and served in the Army Air Force until February 21, 1945, with service in the Italian, Sicilian and European Campaigns. He became disabled in the service and has not been able to have full-time employment since that time. He lived most of his adult life in California, and died in the Veteran's Hospital, San Francisco, on Thursday June 5, at the age of 56 years, 7 months and 19 days.

He is survived by one brother, Lowell Kalvig, Anaheim, Calif.; two sisters: Margaret, Mrs. James
Payne, Belmond and Blanche, Mrs. William Gourley, Corwith. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers: Linsworth Cleveland and Eugene Kalvig.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10th at the Evangelical Lutheran Church, Eagle Grove. Pastor H. W. Schiller officiated and burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery, Eagle Grove.
