Funeral services for Glenn (Pat) Griffith, 69, was held Tuesday at the Sandvig Funeral Home. Burial was in the Rose Hill Cemetery at Eagle Grove with military rites by the American Legion.

Mr. Griffith died Sunday morning at his home in Eagle Grove following a lengthy illness.

Surviving are his widow, Carol; two daughters: Mrs. Warren Wilson and Mrs. Bill Smith, both of Boone; six grandchildren; two brothers: Cecil of Eagle Grove and Lawrence, Goldfield.

Born at Holmes, Mr. Griffith was educated in the Goldfield schools and served in the U.S. Army from 1914 until 1917. In 1922 he married Carol Johnson at Goldfield where the couple lived until moving to Eagle Grove 30 years ago. Mr. Griffith was a retired interior decorator.

Mr. Griffith was a member of the Clarence Shurtz American Legion Post, Eagle Grove.
