Funeral services for Wylie Hugh McVicker, 67, retired auto mechanic who died Wednesday night at a Mason City hospital, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the McAuley-Scanlan-McKasson Funeral Chapel. Dr. George Truman Carl, pastor of the First Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. McVicker was born March 16, 1895, in Wright County, son of Roswell and Louella (Allen) McVicker. He was formerly employed as a mechanic at the Buick garage. He made his home at 1217 4th SW. Surviving are his wife, Cecil, and a daughter, Marlys Jean Surry, Orange, Calif.
