Karen Martin-McGraw, 28, formerly of Clarion, died at an Omaha, Nebraska hospital on Sunday, Jan. 3. Funeral services were held from First Lutheran Church in Clarion on Wednesday afternoon with Pastor William Granger officiating. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery. Karen was born on May 27, 1959 at Clarion and was the daughter of Leo and Arlene Enghausen Martin. She graduated from Clarion High School in 1977 and then attended the University of Northern Iowa. She had lived in Phoenix, Az., before moving to Omaha. On July 12, 1986 she was married to Jay McGraw at Council Bluffs. Survivors include her husband, father, Leo of Clarion, a brother, Daryl of Omaha and a sister, Jean Cooper of Council Bluffs. She was preceded in death by her mother in 1977. She was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Council Bluffs.
