12 October 1878 ---- 27 January 1922

William Sherman Dominy was born in Freedom, La Salle county, Illinois, October 12, 1878 and died at the home of his brother, John Dominy at Goodell, Iowa, January 27th, 1922 at the age of 43 years, 3 months and 15 days. He leaves to mourn his loss, his family of four children, his aged mother, three sisters and three brothers and other relatives and friends. A short service was held at the John Dominy home Monday afternoon by Rev. Leinbach after which the body was taken to Windsor Mo., for burial.

Wm. Dominy was born in Freedom, LaSalle County, Illinois, October 12, 1878 and died at the home of his brother, John Dominy, north of Goodell, Jan. 27, 1922, aged 43 years, 3 months, 15 days. He was married to Miss Elsie R. Pool January, 1905 and to this union were born three girls and one boy. Three years ago, Mrs. Dominy died from influenza. Mr. Dominy also took the disease which finally culminated in his death. His children survive him. He was a member of the Odd Fellows and Masonic lodges. John and Samuel Dominy accompanied the remains to Cahoun, Mo., the home of the deceased. The funeral was held Wednesday.
