Lynda Tilghman Collins, 60, of Las Vegas, Nevada, died Thursday. December 15, 2005, after an extended illness. Immediate survivors include a son, Tony Collins, his wife, Carolina, and a grandson, Justin, all of Las Vegas. Also surviving are three brothers: Richard Fibikar and his wife, Betty, of Dows; Raymond Fibikar and his wife, Evelyn, of Mahomet, Illinois; and Robert Fibikar, two sisters, Arlene Redwanski of Prescott Valley, Ariz.; and Mary Braumann of Cedar Rapids; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Lynda was born October 12, 1945, in Eagle Grove, Iowa, the daughter of Charles and Myrtle Tilghman. She attended Eagle Grove schools. On October 24, 1964, she married James Collins of Des Moines. They later divorced.
