3 July 1892 --- 21 March 1977

Alfarata Mosher, the daughter of Azro W. and Polly Emmaline Broeffle Mosher, was born July 3, 1892 at Eagle Grove. She attended the country school at Eagle Grove. On June 10, 1911 she married Frank Way of Eagle Grove at Clarion and they made their home in Eagle Grove. Mr. Way died in 1970.

She died Monday, March 21, at Trinity Regional Hospital, Fort Dodge, at the age of 84 years, 8 months and 18 days. Survivors include a daughter, June (Mrs. Kermit) Knutson, Eagle Grove; a brother, Ervin Mosher, Belmond; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son, Donald, two grandchildren and 12 brothers and sisters.

Funeral services were held Thursday, March 24, at 2 p.m. at the First Assembly of God Church, Eagle Grove. Rev. Paul Jackson officiated and burial was in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Eagle Grove.
