Jay L. Smith, 61 of Belmond, Iowa passed November 13, 2017 at his home of natural causes. Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. at Andrews Funeral Homes, Belmond, IA. Visitation will be one hour prior to services on Wednesday, November 22. Rev. Leila Blackburn will be officiating. Burial will be in the Belmond Cemetery, Belmond, IA.
