SET RITES FOR WILLIAM SEEGER, FORMER RESIDENT

CLEAR LAKE, IA – Funeral services for William Albert Seeger, 71, who died Saturday at his home in Detroit Lakes, Minn., will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Wilcox Funeral Home. Burial will be in Clear Lake Cemetery. The Rev. William Dilsaver, pastor of the Christian Church, will officiate.

William Albert Seeger was born April 5, 1889, at Rowan, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Seeger. The family lived in the Clear Lake area and he attended Clear Lake schools. He farmed most of his life. Survivors include his wife, Alice; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Janice) Caron, and Mrs. John (Carol) Hanson, both of Detroit Lakes; two sons, Allan and Duane, Mahnomen, Minn., and 13 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three children and one grandchild.
