Anna Helen Reuvers was born September 15, 1895, at Mankato, Minn., the daughter of Olaf and Josephine Larsen Rosquist. She received her education in Mankato, Minn., graduating in 1913.

She was united in marriage to John H. (Jack) Reuvers of Alton on September 17, 1917, at Mankato. The couple made their home in Alton before moving to Eagle Grove in 1931. John was employed with the C. & N.W. Railroad in Eagle Grove. He died February 11, 1963. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Eagle Grove; past Noble Grand of the Rebekah Lodge; past president of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Patriarch Militant; past president of Ladies Encampment Auxiliary; past president of the Past Noble Grand's Club; past president of the American Legion Auxiliary; and past president of the C. & N.W. R.R. Women's Club.

Anna Helen Reuvers died at the Trinity Regional Hospital, Fort Dodge, May 21, 1991, at the age of 95 years, eight months, and four days, following a short illness. She was preceded in death by her
parents; husband; one son, Roger; one daughter, Arlene Morgan; four brothers, Leonard, Clifford, Herbert and Edwin; and a son-in-law, Adolph Frana. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Marvin (Beverly) Rogness, Thor; and Janice Frana, Eagle Grove; two sons-in-law, Marvin Rogness, Thor; and Clifford Morgan, Clarion; one sister, Edith Owen, Mankato, Minn.; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held May 24 at the United Methodist Church, Eagle Grove, with the Rev. Jerald Swanberg, pastor of the Clarion United Methodist Church officiating at the 10:30 a.m. services. Burial was held in Rose Hill Cemetery, Eagle Grove. The Kastler-Babcock Funeral Home, Eagle Grove, was in charge of arrangements.
