DeLoss Reed's Son Dead

The ten year old son of Mr. and Mrs. DeLoss Reed of Woolstock died this morning. The cause of his death was pneumonia from which he has been suffering for the past couple of weeks. All of the children of Mr. and Mrs. Reed are seriously sick with this dread disease and Mrs. Reed is also very ill.

Hiel Reed was born in Troy township about eleven years ago. He died Tuesday Feb. 11th and the interment was in the Webster City cemetery, Thursday Feb. 13th. Rev. Welch was in charge of the services and the music was furnished by the Woolstock quartette. The pall bearers were C. Parish, M. Jones, Ernest Bernard and Irwin Morrison. The sympathy of all is extended the bereaved family in the hour of their great sorrow.
