Word was received from Sun City, AZ that Dale K. Snyder passed away on March 19 from natural causes. He was a former resident of Clear Lake, IA and Eagle Grove, IA. He is survived by his brother Dean (Joanne) Snyder and family in Clear Lake, IA. Daughters Rama (Richard) Anderson and Doris (Gordon). Grandson Steven (Jayme) and 3 great grandsons in Monroe, IA. Brian (Meridan) and 2 great grandsons in Idaho. Dale is preceded in death by his wife Ona and parents George and Ida Snyder, and one great granddaughter Maven. We are honored to have the Eagle Grove V.F.W. do all of the military honors at the Rose Hill cemetery on May 5. Lunch will be served at the Evangelical Lutheran church in Eagle Grove following the service. Dale served his country from 1943-1946 at Camp Roberts in California. He then served in the Philippines, and South Pacific and Japan homeland right after the surrender. Please contact the church ahead of time if you plan on attending the luncheon after the service.

The Eagle Grove V.F.W. will hold military honors at the Rose Hill cemetery on May 5, at 11:30 a.m. Lunch will be served at the Evangelical Lutheran Church, in Eagle Grove, following the graveside service.
Dale served his country from 1943-1946 at Camp Roberts, in California. He then served in the Philippines, and South Pacific and Japan homeland right after the surrender.
