Elizabeth Frances Hasbrouck was born May 24, 1926 in Douglas County, Minnesota to Earl and Laura (Kennedy) Hasbrouck. She graduated from Goldfield, Iowa High School in 1944. On October 30, 1947, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, she married Donald Wayne Walper. She died January 9, 2017 in Oregon. Arrangements under the direction of Rogue Valley Funeral Alternatives, Medford, Oregon. Burial in Eagle Point National Cemetery, Eagle Point, Jackson County, Oregon.
