Marilyn Largent of Oconomowoc, [Wisconsin] passed away on February 21, 2017 at the age of 74 years. She was born November 2, 1942 in Clarion, IA to Floyd and Gertude Huling. She married Terry Largent on August 25, 1964. Marilyn is survived by her loving husband Terry, children Mark (Lisa) Largent, Scott (Lani) Largent. She is further survived by her brother Don (Carmen) Huling, sister Cheryl Klose and her grandchildren Tristan and Emerson Largent. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law Jim Klose. Marilyn gave of herself in volunteering hundreds of hours to countless organizations that supported quality education at all age levels for students. She was a founding member and leader as part of the Oconomowoc Public Education Foundation (OPEF). She served on the Grants Committee that secured and developed funds to benefit students. One event that was dear to her heart was "The Haunted High". She served as the chair person and member of the Oconomowoc Memorial Auxiliary Medical Scholarship Program. Marilyn was the 5th grade elementary teacher at Greenland School for 30 years.

Friends may visit on Sunday February 26, 2017 from 1:00pm until time of funeral service at 4:00pm all at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church. (800 Lake Dr. Oconomowoc, WI. 53066).
