December 13, 1861 --- April 26, 1953

McINTIRE — Funeral services were here Saturday for Suel Buswell, 91, who died at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Hagen, at Camarillo, Calif., Apr. 26, from a heart attack; had spent the, past two years in California; was one of 11 children born to Mr. and Mrs. George Buswell at Prairie du Chien, Wis., on Dec. 13, 1861 married Cora Moon of Eagle Grove, Dec. 25, 1890; family moved to McIntire in 1915, where he farmed until a few years ago, when he retired; in 1940 Mr. and Mrs. Buswell celebrated their golden wedding; Mr. Buswell was a member of the Mclntire Methodist church; was preceded in death by two sons, Norris and George and his wife, in 1943; leaves two daughters, Mrs. Joe Cashman, Williston, N. D., and Mrs. Clifford Hagen, Camarillo, Calif.; one son, Eugene, of LeRoy, Minn.; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; a brother, Eugene Buswell, Cedar Falls.
