May 6, 1914 ---- April 18, 1922

Virginia Mae Rochet was born May 6, 1914 at Woolstock, Iowa, and died there on Easter Sunday, April 18, 1922, aged 7 years, 11 months and 10 days. Her death was caused by infantile paralysis following a long siege of sickness. She became worse Saturday afternoon, being seized with convulsions. All that medical skill and loving care could suggest was done, but the little life went out as the church bells were ringing for services. She leaves to mourn her departure her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene F. Rochet and one sister, Louise, one brother having preceded her to the better land. Short funeral services were conducted from the home in Woolstock Monday afternoon by Rev. Will A. Piper. The little body was tenderly laid to rest in the Woolstock cemetery. The bereaved family have the heartfelt sympathy of everybody in their bereavement.
