RITES FRIDAY FOR OSMUND KNUDSON, 61, DAKOTA CITY

Osmund K. Knudson, 61, of Dakota City died Wednesday morning at a Fort Dodge hospital, where he had been a patient for the past five weeks. Funeral services will be held Friday, at 2 p.m. at the First Lutheran church in Humboldt, preceded by brief rites at the Knudson home. Rev. F. T. Lokensgard will officiate with burial in the Trinity Lutheran cemetery east of town. The Bogaard funeral home is in charge. He is survived by his wife and six children, Mrs. Erling Malmin of Clare; Mrs. George Brockman of Humboldt; Orville, Milford, Norma Lee and Shirley Ann of Dakota City; several grandchildren, one brother Martin of Badger.
