Mrs. Ida Mae Andrews, 94, died at the Tompkins Memorial Health Center, Friendship Haven, Fort Dodge, Sunday. She was a former Eagle Grove resident. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Chapel on the Hill, Friendship Haven, in charge of Rev. Clarence Tompkins and Rev. Willis McLaughlin of Friendship Haven. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery, Eagle Grove. Mrs. Andrews is survived by nieces and nephews, of the Fothergill family, also long time Eagle Grove residents. Mrs. Andrews, the former Ida Mae Bliss, was born in Gowrie and attended school there. She was married to Frank Andrews in 1901 and they made their home here as Mr. Andrews was a long time Eagle Grove businessman. He died in 1939 and in 1953 Mrs. Andrews moved from her home here to Friendship Haven.
